My office Halloween party was scheduled for 5-8pm Friday. As I drove to the office, I had an opportunity pop the sales trailer at Bretton Woods, less than a block south east of Preston and 380.
The first things you notice when entering the community are the wide and curving entrance, the elegant stone entry signs, the landscaped common areas, mature trees, and varying terrain elevations (there are some hills here). Additionally there are cobblestone portions of streets, a cobbled round-about, stone walls, a stone community center with pool, and a model home under construction.
This is a Lennar Community, with homes built by Village Builders, Lennar’s upper end homes. This community includes the Lennar NexGen Homes with a home within a home. Check it out.
Prices presently starts at $538,990. There are 1, 1.5 and 2 story models, all with 3 car garages. The lots start at 85’ wide and 130’ deep, or approximately a quarter acre in size. Different elevations and larger lots have additional premiums. The standard pricing is:

The property’s mailing address is Frsco, in Collin County. The property tax rate is $2.44 per $100 valuation. HOA is $1,600 per year
Bretton Woods is in the Prosper Independent School District (www.Prosper-ISD.net).
Village Builders, is presently the only builder in the community.
The community is fresh and new. Construction has begun on the model and community center. Streets, utilities, street lights and landscaping have been installed.
Today, I met Marie with Village Builders. I have yet to meet the sales representative, Angelo Vitale.
I obtained permission to take some photos and video of the community and the builder model.
